"Insulation Northwest did a fantastic job insulating my 1944 house recently, with Drill & Fill in ground-floor walls never before insulated, plus a complete insulation of the second floor attics and interior walls. They were super-careful cutting and drilling my old cedar shakes, replacing them perfectly and caulking them afterwards. They worked around plants without damaging a thing while doing the walls outside. I have old lath and plaster walls but blowing in the fill left not even a hairline crack or any trace on the inside. Much appreciated! They spent two long days at my house and they were clean, friendly, professional, and helpful . "I called Lake Atitlan Insulation for an inspection of my crawl space because I wanted to move forward with an encapsulation. Juan Daniel was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process clearly from the beginning. After the inspection, I received the estimate on the spot, which gave me the confidence to move forward. They installed a new 10-mil white vapor barrier, insulation between the floor joists, foam board insulation along the concrete walls, sealed the crawl space vents, and installed a dehumidifier to control moisture.
