"When we bought our current house it had a yard irrigation system and the prior owner recommended Neal, so we had him come out and start up the system the first spring after we moved in. He's a really nice guy, is the sole proprietor of his business, and does great work at a reasonable price. The first year he told me he would be happy to show me the start up and shutdown procedure for the system if I wanted to do it myself as it would be cheaper than paying him to do it. However, I find his pricing reasonable and like that we get the system checked over thoroughly by him twice a year. If you have an irrigation system or are thinking of installing one, he's great and I would thoroughly recommend him. <br />"

"Well into two years of renovating a 1950’s house, it became obvious that I had some significant drainage issues. The house is situated on the slope of a hill and after replacing the driveway and the record breaking rains of 2018, I developed a definite run off problem where water was running through my property causing wash-out and build up at the bottom of my property. After researching websites and reviews, I chose to contact Metro Drainage Pros. After showing them my drainage issues, they made suggestions and developed a draining system of French drains, catch basins, and existing garage drain and gutter downspouts, all tied into a drywell of three flow wells and a pump system to send the collected rain water to the storm drain. When the work began on the project, the crew of four went straight to work without any delays and followed an organized process. Each work day started on time and they arrived with the tools and specific materials for the work scheduled for that day. They clearly explained all of phases of work being done and answered any questions I had. And when the entire project was done, they spent time cleaning up and hosed off any dirt (and even cleared out my garage drain) making the everything neat and clean. "Nearly perfectly. Carlos came to the site months before the work started to provide estimates and to schedule it. This company showed up on the days it was needed during a complicated project. Their workers had to install underground pipes among established plants, under a cobblestone drive, etc. After installation, the sites were put back nearly perfectly. There is no dawdling on the work site. Carlos and his people worked well with the other contractors. Carlos is very available by cell to help refine the system which is continuing to be needed. When he is needed, he finds a way to get to the site promptly. <br />"

"We worked with Tony. Carlos was the crew supervisor for the job. They excavated approx. 2,400 sq. ft. of gravel driveway, added leafgro and topsoil, and installed sod. Also removed 6 fence posts. We have worked with Joe Schaeffer as the lead on our projects and he is always professional, punctual and makes sure all work is done correctly per the estimate. Joe has also been very helpful to us when we have been selecting plants for our yard as we have a significant deer problem.
