When we asked for the service we already paid for, the owner, Mr. Wood, responded with rude, dismissive, and accusatory messages, even suggesting we were ?making things up? and that contacting him was a ?bother.? His hostility sharply contrasts with the professionalism of his staff. We paid thousands for services the owner now refuses to honor, and his conduct makes this company impossible to recommend."
