"I hired KM home Improvement company for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. The planning was easy and efficient, without neglecting any details, and the cost was very reasonable. During the remodel we encountered a number of issues that could not have been predicted, such as rot in a wall, 2 inches of concrete under the floor tiles, a leaky roof and an entire week of ice and snow that paralyzed the entire neighborhood and made it impossible to come up to the house. AliReza, the owner, not only took on these extra projects, but he managed to keep surprisingly close to the intended timeline as well as to the projected costs. We ended up with a beautiful kitchen and a house in healthier condition. Working with AliReza is like working with a partner who listens, advises, and makes it all happen. His concern was for us to live in a place we wanted to live in. "Joe and his crew did a kitchen remodel .Tearing out old cabinets,floors and patching drywall. Installed a new floor,all new molding and painted the room and molding. Installed a new electrical panel.They will be back to installed the new back-splash. They did an excellent job overall specially the patching of the drywall.
