"We hired Colton Lingle to turn our unfinished attached basement garage/workshop into a custom library with a window seat. It was a very comprehensive job with many different components (ex: removing/replacing garage door with interior/exterior wall and windows, HVAC access, installing lighting, installing/finishing/painting drywall and ceiling, custom made shelves, trimwork, flooring, etc). He researched what permits we needed and procured them for us. Then, every single day he turned up on time and worked all day until the job was finished, which was all done in a timely manner and with as little interference to our everyday home life as possible. His courtesy, good manners, and professionalism were unparalleled, and very greatly appreciated, especially considering the environment he had to work in, as we weren't even unpacked yet, and we have five large dogs, you can imagine the chaos. He cleaned up after his work and was very careful with all our things. He very generously even tackled a few other tiny projects around the house, as well as gave us good advice about maintenance and future projects in other areas of our home. The quality of his work is masterful. Our new library is flawless and beautiful, and it is precisely what we asked him for. We can't recommend Colton Lingle highly enough. "I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

"A two-man team, Carlos (owner) and Alberto, both totally experienced, completed our two jobs in one day. The first job was to replace rotting siding on two dormer; the second was to replace missing stone shingles on our chimney and seal shingles all around the chimney that showed gaps. We're very happy with their work. Carlos likes to get to his jobs with no delay. They came the day after we agreed to his estimate, which was very reasonable. Carlos is friendly and easygoing, and explains all aspects of the job."

"After a couple of months of my basement flooding and my house being nearly ruined by the resultant moisture and mold I decided I had to do something.  Eric Snyder came out, accessed the situation and and recommended a French Drain in my back yard.   My house is on the side of a mountain and all the water from above was running into my backyard and subsequently into my basement.
The job was extremely difficult for him and his crew.  My backyard is all roots and rocks.  They had to use pickaxes and saws to install the drain which was about 60 feet long and extended around the back of the house to the front yard where it could drain.  The drain went through my sidewalk and in front of my driveway.  He and his crew installed a bridge to provide access to my house.   It looks like a stream bed and is really quite attractive.  
Best of all my basement has been dry as a bone since then.
