"Christian, our EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL installer was truly a breath of fresh air. We’ve generally NOT had good experiences with ANY type of installers or repair technicians since covid hit. We always seemed to get “bottom of the barrel” poorly trained techs with “questionable” experience skillsets. Not so with Christian. He reached out almost immediately after I started the listing for the job, maintained communication and showed up on time. "I initially got bids from 2 different electricians and decided to go with KS Electrical.  All contact with Ken was very easy and everything went smoothly.  He showed up on the day as scheduled although he became sick and ended up having to leave early.  He returned a few days later and completed the electrical rough in.  He finished the rough-in on time and did a good job of minimizing holes he had to put in the existing drywall ceiling to run new lights.  Also, the holes he did put in to run new wiring were done cleanly and were square which made them very easy to patch when I later completed all of the drywall.  It took me a couple of months to get the project complete enough for Ken to come back and finish since i was doing most of the work by myself, but once I was ready Ken returned and finished everything just as we had originally discussed.  He had to install can lights into a sloped cathedral ceiling which was a little tricky since there was only a 6" cavity, but he did a great job and the cans look nice in the spaces.  Overall I'm very pleased with the work done and I would definitely use him again if I need any electrical work done.
