"I recently moved into an older house (1967) and have spent quite a lot on repairs already. I was worried about my septic system since neighbors told me that previous owners had had serious problems with it--and I found info on the the Permits site of our county that troubled me. The septic field had been saturated several times, and there were deteriorating drainage pipes running down toward the septic field that needed repair/replacement. So I called All Pros to assess. Christopher took his time to explain how the system worked, looked at the old records and figured out a better way to handle the drainage problems. They put in a new tank, and found a better way of handling drainage from my gutters by sending water down my driveway to the street instead of into the septic field. Christopher and Brandon worked very hard all day--even moving and leveling my chicken coop (heavy!!) to enable the new drainage pups to run through. They finished the job, it works, it was reasonably priced and I am happy!"

"Jason did a nice job. He determined that the old (leaking) water line had been laid under the (asphalt) driveway, and that it was thus cheaper simply to install a new waterline. That proved difficult due to the compacted clay around the house, and because the slab was solid concrete, but he persevered and we now are enjoying water without an "enhanced" monthly bill. "We had a failed Moen shower lever that would not shut off the flow of water to the tub/shower area. It was 6 PM and these folks got right on it and put me on the list for the next repair team to come to our home. They installed two shutoff valves to isolate the problem area and then came back the next day with the replacement Moen part to fix the bad part. Very nice technicians who knew their job very well and who went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressive."

"Rich did an outstanding job. He came to my rescue when I needed 2 outdated outside faucets changed because they always leaked. He recommended 3 different types an explained each one to me in detail, this helped me make the choice that met my needs. He also noticed improper and leaking plumbing under one of my sinks and made the necessary repairs. He also discovered the humidity line from the central A/C was leaking and explained what this did for me and again this allowed me to make the decision to have him fix it and temporarily cap it off with the ability to use it in the future if I needed to. Rich is prior Navy and I am retired Coast Guard. Our experiences in the service have instilled a sense of "attention to detail", Richard is spot on with this as shown in his craftmanship. "It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

"Water pressure had suddenly increased dramatically, taking out a water filter in the process.  Peter Johnson plumbing came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem (failed pressure valve) and repaired in tin about 90 minutes.  It would have been quicker, but they had to buy the correct valve, they didn't have the right one on their truck.

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
