"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."

"ER Renovation did a PHENOMONAL job on our full kitchen remodel. The owner, Ethan, was beyond pleasant to work with. First off his skills are second to none, the man really does amazing work. For the work he subcontracted out that was all done beyond our expectations and Ethan was involved with those steps as well. Ethan even made suggestions for things like lighting that I didn't even consider in my original plans and the suggestions he made were all PERFECT. Ethan kept in touch every step of the way when information was necessary, he did so via text, e-mail and by phone, and in cases where necessary even sent pictures so I had a visual of what was being discussed. He promptly responded to any questions I may have had in a very timely manner and was always professional and beyond courteous. One of the best parts about the whole project is that ER Renovations price came in at much less than the other competitors I took bids from, in one case, $20,000 less (I won't name names, but that company is well known in Salem and they take advantage of people's needs so be cautious). "Terry was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative, professional, and always punctual. He brought some great design ideas and was also happy to implement my specific needs (vinyl album storage, creative cord hiding, etc). He was able to source and construct a beautiful wall to wall mantle made of reclaimed wood, stained to our desired shade. We also had his team install new tile around our fireplace, and they were very meticulous, even coming back to fix a few tiles that were slightly out of place. I’m very happy with the end result and I highly recommend Terry and his crew of professionals!"
