"I couldn't have been more impressed with Revival. First of all, we got three bids and theirs was the most affordable by quite a bit. Normally, this would concern me about quality, but I had nothing to worry about. They were responsive and prompt leading up to the installation process, easy to work with on scheduling, and when it came time to install their team was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The best, though, came well after the job was done and paid. When we were having a problem with the heat distribution months later, Robert came over personally and promptly, spending over two hours to get things corrected. Then--almost a year after the installation--a tree branch came down in a storm, damaging the outside unit on a Saturday during an ice storm. Despite the continued challenges of the storm, Robert came out that day to diagnose the problem; brought us space heaters to tide us over; and had the unit replaced and running by Monday. Can't recommend them highly enough."

"contact was with a real person not AI or phone tag, as an elderly person this means the difference to me. Friendly and polite over the phone is a plus also."

"When our air-conditioning unit stopped working during a heatwave, Jason came to our aid very quickly. The unit was over 20 years old and we knew it was on its last legs, though, it had miraculously to stay working since Jason fixed it 7 years prior (and saved our wedding!). As we expected, we needed a new unit and decided to also replace the furnace. Jason was able to schedule the replacements within a quick time frame, and he worked thoroughly and diligently to ensure that our new units were installed with the utmost care. He was very clean and conscientious, and we found him to be both honest and personable. We will continue to use Jason for all of our HVAC needs and highly recommend him to others."

"Got a super steal...Maytag A/C and new Heating unit (bonus!) for only a few hundred dollars more than other companies quoted for the A/C alone. Fast install and a lifesaver this summer. Thank you!!!!"

"J&M got us on the books for service within a few days. When the technicians came out to clean our dryer vents, they were timely. While they were here, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend that you consider them for your future services."

"I contacted the branch of this company in Clackamas, since they had performed a heating system checkup in 2015, and I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I called them around 830 AM, and they were booked for the day, so we scheduled a visit for the next day. The tech (Paul) called and arrived as scheduled. He did a diagnosis and needed to order a part (sequencer) to get the furnace working again. At the time Paul wrote up the service order, we agreed that he would replace the fan relay as well as the sequencer. He then presented me with a bill for $458, which included a 5% Angie's List discount. Paul came out with the part the next day and got the furnace running again. I was disappointed that the fan relay had not been replaced, and after checking Amazon and a couple of other parts sites, found that a sequencer should only cost $30-$50! I called the office and complained about the excessive bill, but they did not want to talk about it. I felt that I was gouged by this company for this repair. I understand that there are labor and equipment expenses associated with the repair, but I believe that this was still too much, especially when all the requested repairs weren't completed! I believe that the amount should have been half or less that what I was billed."

"I had a very good experience with everyone at Specialty Heating and Cooling. They gave us a straight forward estimate to replace my old furnace and add an A/C unit. They were able to run a gas line to my kitchen for the range that was being replaced. It was a very clean install. Their crew did a very good job cleaning up. Very good customer service. I really enjoyed working with them."

"Installers worked in a tight space with old electrical service and got everything together quickly.
