Our original unit was leaking (as it had done years before) and this time was not going to be fixable. Sean explained all our options and was helpful and available every step of the way! He worked with us to get a price we could afford and even offered to bring his own carpet cleaner, if there was any mess! He also got us a good price for removal of our old oil tank! His team was excellent (even pointing out some electrical work that was needed somewhere else in the basement) and knowledgeable in all areas needed including plumbing, electrical and gas and oil! I would highly recommend East Coast Mechanical and they would be the first folks we would call, if we have a problem, but with this new unit, We haven't though and I'm sure we won't!"
