"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"Noah and his crew were super clean and efficent, covered all working areas. Were super careful in there prep, making sure nothing got damaged. Replaced 11 windows. They had a crew of five people who each had a specific task. Finished whole project in one day. Windows look great and were installed perfectly. Finish work was fantastic."

Even if I was dealing with one of the other trades, Deniz stopped by to make sure the job was being done correctly and with no issues. The roof job was awesome--the crew was in early, completed tear-off, and laid down the new shingles, all in one day. Most impressive was the guy who walked around the house to make sure there were no stray bits of roofing and nails left in the gardens or yard. "Excellent job Dominick the owner was on site to oversee the job. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He inspected the roof and showed us pictures of the damage. I also went up on the roof myself and saw the extensive damage to the T&G roof deck firsthand. They replaced all damaged T&G boards and installed the best shingle and storm guard available, GAF Timberline HDZ anti algae shingle & GAF StormGuard leak protection .
