"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"R&R painted the Exterior portion of my home.They did pretty well for the most part. There is one part where they did not do any repair work on the back so that part does not look very good. They also said they would do some additional work and I never heard from them. I also have never gotten any receipts from them for paint purchases. I think I may owe them for a gallon of paint.Overall I wish I would have done something else. I paid for it all up front. That turned out to be a mistake.I guess I could have asked them to come back out.Not terrible but not great either."

"Brad came to our home and completely designed us a wonderful outdoor screened in porch that is attached to our house where we now spend the majority of our time, and also designed and remodeled our basement area to a beautiful living space/ game room that our guests really enjoy. He was prompt, thorough in his work and very knowledgeable and helped us pick out colors and themes. I would highly recommend his services."
