"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"These guys did an amazing job replacing our old wooden deck that was rotting and replaced it with modern composite decking. They did everything to code and by the book! They took the time to TRULY listen to our concerns and address our biggest concerns. Chally’s is very committed to doing a quality job both where it can’t be seen (foundation and footings) and also on all the finishing touches. They even made suggestions to move a gutter downspout around a corner so they wouldn’t have to cut out a portion of the floor boards. They even took up and replaced boards surrounding an outward jutting bay window themselves (without prompting from me) because it didn’t meet THEIR standards. Overall really great quality at a reasonable price!! I’ve already asked them for a quote on my next project!"

"Suburban Home Services repaired a bedroom and two ceilings that were destroyed by a leaky roof. He also cleaned antique furniture which was in the room and full of mold. It looks new. Mitch replaced the two ceilings and added n ew fixtures. Suburban home Services is on time and works a full day. He is also reasonably priced. He does a great job."

"Stump's is a great company to work with and they built us a beautiful composite deck onto the back of our house. Their price was in line with other composite decking quotes we received but their customer service was far above any other contractor. They were responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. While there was one issue with our lawn that occurred during the deck build, Stump's went above and beyond to remedy the issue and make sure we were happy at the end of the project. After living in our house for three years without any outdoor space we are beyond excited to now have a beautiful space to enjoy. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in building a deck."
