 Bill and Dan did  a great job under 'emergency' circumstances.  My sewer line had backed up and was leaking inside my basement.  I phoned them on a Saturday morning and they arrived within hours.  They were obviously veteran plumbers with years of experience ... they knew what to do.  Came in a van that seemed to be well-stocked with tools and spare parts.  My job needed a special part.. they were out of that one but were able to source and procure it within an hour.  That was good because my situation was urgent.  They used a 'snake' to fish out the debris and a section of scrap PVC pipe from the vent line, a point of blockage.  They worked until job was complete the same day.  .

 I would recommend them, especially for difficult drainage problems.

"My toilet had overflow issues which unfortunately wouldnt replicate while Roy was at my house. Even though I didnt get any work done, the professionalism was on point. I felt like an idiot because my toilet flushed perfectly each time for him. But Roy made sure to still inspect all toilet components and pipes, went in the basement and outside to look for any causes. He also raised awareness to what other damage leaks can cause and other helpful information to keep in mind. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. Definitely will request again if I have another issue."

The job was done, but not a great job for three reasons:

(1) I purchased Angle's List one-hour coupon.  They spent about 75 min and then charged me for an extra hour.  I thought it was a typical practice but today an electrician came to fix our bathroom fan.  The electrician team spent about 70-75 min but didn't charge me anything more (I also purchased a one-hour Angle's list coupon for the electrical work). 

(2) After they finished the job, they pointed out a valve problem, which will take no more than 30 min to fix but they would rather do it next time, which mean charging me for another hour. 

(3) The guy who helped the lead plumber was not qualified for the job.  It was me that noticed the powder room pipe's leaking problem because he did not tighten the connectors.  Fortunately, the lead plumber fixed it before they left.  The company definitely needs to give its crew better training before putting them into real work.

"Three new tanks (pH, Iron, Softener) were replaced and a new drinking water system at the sink was installed. Great professional people to work with very communitive and honest. Answered all of my questions and provided fast feedback. No issues with system- works great."

"Overall it was a bumpy ride, but the end result is very good.  I feel the supervisor was basically absent from the job, and clearly did not ensure the crew understood exactly what was to be painted.  I had to inspect and supervise the job from start to finish, and ended up having to bring them back twice to finish the job because areas were either not given a second coat, or were missed altogether.  The end result is fantastic, but only because I was such a stickler and made them come back and fix things to my satisfaction.  I would still recommend them because their price was great as compared to multiple other estimates, and the quality of their work is strong, as long as you are willing to stay on top of them and inspect thoroughly.  Throughout the job, they were very respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well."

"Very well. Mr. Frusco did a wonderful job replacing my street pipes, which are my lateral, curb trap and vent. He was very attentive and easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns. I now have no leaks in my basement! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs major plumbing work in their home!!!"

"I called and they were at my home within the hour. Needed to replace the circuit board which repair person did not have on his truck. Said one of the other guys might have one available and would be back later in the day to replace it. Quoted me a price. And, although later in the evening than expected, he and his coworker were out to replace the part at less than the quoted price! I'm so pleased! He also did what he could to repair a burner on my stove at extra cost. Would certainly hire again, should the need arise."
