"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist with our needs. My phone broke, I couldn’t confirm my appointment, and this guy drove to my home to see if I still needed help. Who the h*** does that! He came into our home, and was totally professional, very educated, and completely easy to communicate with. Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry will definitely be our go to company in the future. Thank you Jeff, job well done, we’ll enjoy our tankless hot water heater for years to come. Stay Great 😊"

"Steve was our 3rd estimate and the 1st one who walked in an explained that with the specifics of our home a tankless water heater wasn't the answer. Even though the tank water heater was a less expensive job, he chose what would be best for us over what was best for his bottom line."

"Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"Good communication, very pleasant, quick service. Don was extremely helpful and easy to work with, even after i picked out the wrong type of replacement water heater and he had to return it! Would use again."

"They replaced my water heater. The work was done quickly and with very high quality."

"They are very professional and efficient. They respected my property and did a very good job installing quality water heater. Price charge is fair compared to others. Financing is great, too, with no finance charge if paid in 12 months. I'm very happy with the persons who did the work."

"Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you."

"The company called and scheduled a technician to come within 3 days, which met my needs. Technician PJ came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, went and purchased the parts and had everything repaired in just a few hours. When he left, it looked like he'd never been here - just what i wanted!"
