"Jack was very responsive, personable and professional. I had some tiling and grouting issues around my pool/spa. Jack was willing to perform the repairs while the pool companies would only offer a complete replacement of tiles and and coping at 10 times the price. As far as i can see he did a thorough and professional job, and it certainly looks very good. However with pol tiles you don't really know until until they have undergone a winter under the cover. If they are still intact next year I'll up the value for money and overall score to 5"

Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. We are 90 days post the work, and everything looks beautiful they offer a 1 year warranty. Happy and highly recommend!"

They installed 12 x 24 tiles in a staggered arrangement that I wanted and added two corner shelves. They used two tile cutters to do the custom fits. Returned the next day to grout the tiles.
