JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. "It was a pleasure working with Dan from start to finish.  He contacted us right away (even apologized for taking a few days!) and came out to see what was needed.  Solved the problem (mold on bathroom ceiling required fan to remove moisture) and e-mailed us a fee quote, which was very reasonable.  He correctly estimated the time when he could fit us in between larger jobs, and kept us apprised of the status.  He and his assistant arrived promptly on both days, and didn't even mind our one dog's snooping in their tools and our other dog's incessant barking!  They worked unobtrusively and were very pleasant.  The bathroom ceiling looks better than new; we can't stop admiring it.  The storm door is hung perfectly.  They even adjusted our outside motion-sensor light (at no charge), which had been driving us crazy for a year.  Now it's perfect!   We're delighted we found Dan and will definitely hire him for future projects.

When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.
