"I live in a house that is over 100 years old with a stone foundation that also forms the basement walls. The old mortar between the stones had deteriorated over the years to the point that water would seep in in multiple places along the perimeter of the basement wall. This seepage basically occurred after every rain, and I always needed to move objects stored in the basement away from the perimeter for fear that they would be water damaged. I actually wasn’t very confident that the seepage problem could be fixed, but I finally decided to contact several basement contractors to determine if there was anyway to waterproof the basement. "Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.

After calling about 5 other contractors and only get 1 other call back/estimate, Brian got back to us right away, provided a detailed estimate, and scheduled our service with great efficiency.  His crew worked quickly and did a beautiful job that was reasonably priced. They were courteous and professional every step of the way. However, what made us repeat clients for CMP Home Remodeling was the fact that the day our concrete was poured and after the crew had cleaned up and left our home, our freshly poured concrete sidewalk was vandalized. Not knowing what to do, we called Brian just to see if there was anyway we could fix it; because we knew that this is something typically not covered by the contractor. However, despite that fact that it was almost 8pm, Brian headed back over to our house and was able to patch it for us himself.  Words cannot express how grateful we are to him for that and we think it is a testament to the level of professionalism and quality customer service your receive when dealing with CMP Home Remodeling- so much so that less than a month later we have hired them to do another project in our home."

"We used Merryfield for this siding project, which was part of a kitchen remodel.  Our contractor did not specialize in siding and asked that we have the work performed by someone else.  We needed siding installed where a window was being eliminated to make room for additional cabinets.  The process was easy for this project, from estimate to completion.  They worked within the requests of our kitchen contractor and the work was done quickly.  The siding on our house is old and not readily available.  Merryfield was able to source the replacement siding even after we were told by another company that this was not possible.
