Called them early to mid June 2015 and they were out within the week to give us an estimate.  The estimated start date was for the last week of July (roughly 27-29), but ended up starting a week later.  That was due to that large storm that knocked the snot out of a lot of South Jersey and their company was smack in the middle of a large cluster that was hit hard.  Still, they were able to stay close!
Job was done in two days, which is awesome. They were very friendly and considerate of our property as well as our neighbors. Went above and beyond by texturing the old pavers we were having them match best they could with new pavers for a pretty neat jig-saw puzzle look AND filled in the cracks between the old pavers. SO HAPPY. 
Original patio consisted of half flat pavers with a pond at the edge of them and then river rocks to complete it.  There was a very open terrace structure on one half of it.  We removed the rocks, emptied the pond and took down the structure so that they could do the work.  All of the trash (old stone and wood) were removed by Creative Pavers at no extra cost as they are able to recycle and dispose of them easily.  It was actually their suggestion to make the job easy for us! 
The only complaint, and that's probably too harsh of a word for this, is that they didn't communicate with me about the delay of the start time of the job.  It wasn't until I would contact them that they would reply, but they were quick to do so!  It may have been due to the aforementioned storm causing havoc so I'm not terribly worried about that. 
I will still recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide.  Super helpful, knowledgeable, and over all awesome people to deal with!
