in the den for some time. I found one I liked online and ordered it. When it arrived I knew I could not handle the installation myself, but
right about then I saw Angie's offer to install a ceiling fan for $99.00 by Renaissance Electric.  I jumped on it. Erik arrived   on time. I had removed the 
overhead light fixture where I planned for the fan to go.  But we had some problems. The box was  installed  at an angle and the
wires were pretty brittle. Erik had to improvise with shims and other tricks to get a firm flush fit. He accomplished that and the
fan looks and works great.  I was impressed with all aspects of the job and certainly will use them again.

"I purchased a coupon in the summer and finally contacted them to get an appt. this fall. He called back promptly and we set an appt. for Dec. 1st. That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I recognize this is a busy time so appreciated the fact that he made sure to keep in contact even though it may have taken a bit longer that expected.
