When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and while he was working, he didn't just service the machine and replace the parts, but he showed me what the problems were as we went, pointing out a few minor things that I could do on my own in the future to help with the dryer's longevity. Got the work done very effectively and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be keeping Doug in mind the next time I have an appliance that needs servicing!"

"Fridge was having issues freezing up and then not cooling. The technician assured me it was fixable by just replacing a part and that it was such a great unit and it was better to fix it than buy a new one. We were in favor of buying a new one. But unfortunatly we lietened to him and did the part replacement. Low and behold less than 1 month after the 100 day warranty the exact same issue comes up and the fridge is unusable. All they offered was to lower the cost of a new assessment from the $65 to like $45 and then full cost of the repair which was nealry $600 the first time. Absolutely horrible customer service I will never use them again and will go out of my way to make sure anybody I know does not use them either. I feel like I was straight up scammed and now have to buy a new fridge after being assured it would fix the problem. Forgot to mention he went and actually did the repair without even finalizing with me and giving me an estimate. If I knew what it would have agreed. "
