"It took 3 - 4 days for the provider to contact me. Then they called me and gave me a time to come for the service. They ran a little late, so came in approximately 30 minutes late and when the technician showed up, he said that his boss told him to tune the A/C as opposed to cleaning the Oil Furnace. 
I had purchased a coupon for cleaning the oil furnace. Once he confirmed, things went pretty smoothly after that. He did his work and left.
