"Wolverine did a fantastic job on our recent porch remodel. This consisted of new rails, posts, floor and ceiling. They were upfront about the costs, and had great ideas to enhance the project. The communication was superb. They showed up when they said they would every time and kept to the project's schedule. The workmanship was also superb. "Trademark bulilding has done projects for us on two occasions. The first was a master bath remodel. They helped us deal with insurance and assure we were treated fairly in the process. The bathroom turned out beautiful and was done timely. The next was a bigger task. The plan was to redo the kitchen and it morphed into a total first floor makeover. Derrick had several contacts that were extremely helpful with cabinets, design, layout, appliances - everything. They all played a part in making the difficult tasks easy. The crew was there working consistently. Everything was timed perfectly and there was no lag. Many of my friends/family that has done in home construction complained about the lack of contractors and projects being pushed and or unfinished after excessive amounts of time. Definitely not the case with Trademark. They want to complete the project the right way and will assure the customer is overly satisfied with the outcome. I'd never use anyone else!"
