"Temo manufactured and installed a new Sunroom and Trex deck for us in 2020. The Sunroom install took place immediately after our state permitted outdoor construction due to the Covid19 virus. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"Seemed professional and well prepared with structural questions and concerns. Price was about 30 percent more than a price I was given last summer by another contractor we have used and liked. He wasn't available. A 35-40 thousand dollar addition seems to add about half the cost in value to home. My research indicates it takes a few years to capture that value. Patio work would also be required. More cost. A lot to consider, since we won't be here long term. Haven't 100 percent ruled it out. It's a budget issue."
