"Needed basement carpet re-glued. Did a fantastic job efficiently."

I'm a local flooring contractor/salesman with over a decade of flooring experience.\nSpecialized in Hardwood and LVP.

"He was efficient, showed when scheduled (called in advance to let me know they were on the way). He was helpful in explaining his process of re-stretching my carpet and patching the portion of the carpet that needed repair. Good value and quality service."

"Mike was great to work with! Quick same day estimate and my carpet was installed four days later! Great value and customer service, would definitely recommend this company to others."

"Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous."

"They were very professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to my friends."

"I only gave them one day notice to install carpet. They were there the next day. very prompt."

"During the major flood event that happened in the Royal Oak area in August 2014, we called dozens of restoration companies, however very few even called us back (because everyone was swamped with calls). Zion was different. I called and spoke to a professional and courteous person over the phone, and the next day a professional showed up at my house and clearly explained their services and my options. The cost of their services was on par with other restoration companies (not cheap). They came out a couple of days later and tore out the water-soaked drywall and doors, etc, and cleaned and sanitized everything. They did excellent work and were efficient, professional and friendly.

"Highly recommend JNG. Our project was for a laminate flooring installation in our home office. We had a situation where our initial contractor had to back out of our agreement at the last minute due to personal family issues. We enlisted Home Advisor and JNG promptly responded to our inquiry, quoted the job, and we hired them. JNG completed the job in a timely manner. High quality work at a fair price. I recommend them for any flooring work. We are going to use JNG again for an upcoming project."

"Excellent service, prompt, work well done, She solved my shower grout issues, removed old grout, replaced with new and cleaned and treated old stained grout throughout our bathroom even caulking throughout bathroom tile areas where needed to make the tile look like new. I had 3 quotes and visits. Andrea immediately knew what was needed and pricing was right and reasonable. I've already recommended her to family and friends."
