"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "When Southern Strong Roofing came out to honor the $49 roof inspection and tuneup deal on 1-9-2016, they found that the squirrels had chewed into the plastic roof vent boots to the point that rain was coming in the attic, and they almost had access to the attic itself. This had become a priority to correct. The owner agreed to work with me because at that time I didn't have the funds to cover the estimate . Wade, the owner, said that it was a serious issue and he would work within my budget to allow the boots to be replaced.  He was so nice and we did agree on terms (very reasonable). His crew came out a few days later in wet, cold conditions and did the repair work. His crew was friendly and knew what they doing.  The work went quickly, and they cleaned the area and made sure that I was satisfied. I was very satisfied. I trust this local company and I won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

"He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last.
