"The technician came the day after calling in the need for repair. He diagnosed the problem of needing the ignition replaced. He replaced the ignition and then tested the oven to make sure it worked. "Technician listened to my concerns about each faucet, and he explained what needed to be done to each faucet to get them to work properly and satisfy code purposes. One of the faucets required cutting into an inside wall to access the pipes for the spigot. The technician did a great, clean cut measuring about 10" square in the inside wall, and I could see his work on the pipes in the wall cavity. The cut was very easy for us to patch and paint. The second spigot was easy for him to replace. The third spigot will not be as easy as the technician needs to research the appropriate replacement spigot then return a second time to finish the job. Payment of $360 is only for 2 repaired spigots and does not include work for the 3rd to be repaired."
