"Michael Parks and his business partner, Jaime, measured the perimeter of the home's footprint and gave me an estimate which they kept too, even though part of their job would be replacing concrete tiles that were previously cracked. They said they could do the job within the next 2-3 weeks and they delivered. They hired experienced roofers who worked well in tandem, using safety equipment and being extra careful while up on the lightweight concrete tiles. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, washing down debris from the sides of the house and even from the driveway. Roof moss and gutter debris was carted away. No plants were harmed. Jaime pointed out three tiles that were cracked by hose movement and arranged for their replacement. The final result: my roof appears BRAND NEW! I could not be more pleased!
