"Techs on Site: Uriel and Dan These guys were freakin awesome! I thought the price for work was fair comparative to the market. However, the Techs made it worth every penny. They were on time, work was done quickly, they made sure to clean up the site, and they were extremely friendly. They spoke with us to make sure the fans were being placed to our specifications before installing. They made sure to walk us through the remotes for the fans and made sure to show us that there were no balancing issues with the fans. For the troubleshooting/fix, we a few dead outlets, that we could not figure out the cause, Uriel found this issue was a GFI outlet (that seemed to work) that their meter found. If I ever need to hire a licensed electrician I will most definitely hire RK Electric and ask for the same techs, even if I had to wait longer for the work to be completed."

We hired them to install an outlet about 5 feet above an existing one and added in a conduit for passing wires easily behind the wall. "Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."

"I called Native Electric when I was looking for someone to inspect my ceiling fans. Communications were good. Mike called me an hour before my appointment to reschedule, as the job he had was taking much longer than expected--scope creep by the customer. Mike called me an hour or two before our next appointment to confirm that we were still on. Mike was very patient with my vague descriptions of problems and inspected each fan: three fans are fine, and the motor on one is wearing out. He charged me only $50 instead of the usual $70 because the visit was so short. When that motor goes out, I'll be calling Mike to install the new fan."
