"We recently remodeled our kitchen and had a positive experience working with Keri at Bay Area Cabinets. We originally considered doing the work through a large box store, but were so happy to instead support a local, small, woman-owned business instead. During our initial appointment with Keri, she took the time to help us decide on which brand of cabinet to choose and since we were not working with a designer she helped us design the layout of our kitchen. She was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to our ideas, and was able to problem solve a few issues for us. Throughout the process, we appreciated her quick response to any issues with the cabinets. The cabinets took about 12 months to arrive (this was in 2021 when there were still a LOT of supply chain issues as we came out of the pandemic!) and they arrived on-time from the original estimate. We had a couple pieces arrive with very minor damage and she immediately sent us replacements – and really, that’s all you can hope for when things go wrong. It’s been about 4 months now & we are overall very happy with our new kitchen and the cabinets we bought. Renovating a kitchen is such a big expense so it was really nice to end up with something that we are very happy with thanks to Keri & Bay Area Cabinets."
