"I emailed the company on Easter Sunday and they promptly responded the same day with a phone call to schedule an estimate. The following Tuesday workers arrived to do the estimate, in fact they were able to come earlier than plan after calling to see if it was OK. I approved the estimate, and they said they had time to do the job right away. After a quick trip to get parts, the work began. The guys showed me exactly what they were going to do, and what I would need to do in terms of some minor roof repair when they were finished.
