"If you need work done promptly, with high quality, and for a fair price, HIRE COASTAL C&C!! From start to finish Claudio and his team exceeded my expectations. Claudio asked excellent questions while visiting to prepare a quote, and made a handful of recommendations that ended up saving time and money and producing a better finished product. I received the quote just a day or two later, and it was the only quote out of five different contractors that immediately seemed like a fair price for the work. The whole team; Claudio, Dan, Bruno, and Jameson, were respectful, diligent, tidy, and clearly experienced. They were able to work independently and make good decisions in real time to keep the work moving without delay. As a result, they knocked out in a week what could easily have taken two or more. Communication was very easy. Claudio responded immediately over text, and at several points Claudio or one of the team approached me to request my preference on materials and other choices. I made several comments during the work, for example asking if there was a way to fill in some existing gaps between siding planks, and without hesitation they just took care of it. They even fixed or improved at no extra cost a few existing items that obviously needed doing, but I wasn’t going to ask them to do, just because they had the tools and were already there. I requested a few larger extra items while the work was ongoing, and Claudio offered the same very reasonable pricing for the changes and fit them in with no hassle at all. At the end of the project, the work all looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Coastal Counters and Cabinets to anyone, and without a doubt I would call them first with any future project. And don’t let the name fool you, they can do framing, painting, light electrical, doors/windows, concrete, and I’m sure much more! These guys are the best!"

"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. As my wife takes care of our toddler grandson each day at our house, this new room has become our grandson’s favorite room to play it. "I've personally seen how building or making modifications to your home can be very stressful. In early August of this year, we signed a contract with Ocean Break to demo our old deck and build a new deck/3 Season room combination. We found them on Home Advisor. From day one, the operation was totally professional. Peter Walsh, the owner of ocean break, quickly provided a proper contract capturing the results of the interview that preceded the start of work. The work promptly commenced shortly thereafter. The first phase of the project, the framing, was efficiently completed in a little over a week. Peter is the type of contractor who encourages you to be involved, choosing materials and colors and watching the daily progress of the project. He is happy to go over the work that has been done each day being sure to point out things he thinks you should know. All of the workers were extremely friendly and professional. My wife and I actually looked forward to seeing them bright and early each morning. Peter was extremely patient as we often changed our minds about design features and materials. He encouraged me, a veteran, to personally purchase many of the materials at Home Depot and Lowe's so that I could get my 10% veterans discount. The entire project was completed on schedule and within a reasonable Delta of the original projected price. As inevitably happens, we changed a few things from the original plan which appropriately increased the cost of the project. Peter always reminded us of when such deviations took place so that there would be no surprises at the end. The project was completed a little over a week ago. There was the inevitable punch list at the end which Peter took care of immediately. He even reused the section of gutter that had been cut off the house to accommodate the new room to save us money. With two weeks remaining in the project, Peter gave us a final figure and he stuck to it. So, now my wife and I have a three Season room and deck which we love. and, I'd like to think, we also have a good friend in Peter Walsh whom I highly recommend. One final point. As I watched the final vinyl plank be installed on the floor, without a single plank being ripped, I realized that, because it fit perfectly, the room was perfectly Square. Now that is skill and craftsmanship!"
