"The problem with ice buildup in our Samsung was corrected by adding a heater element. Action Appliance and its repairman were great. As a separate issue, I am displeased with the reliability of the manufacturer, Samsung, and would not buy another of their appliances in the future. We now have had two costly repairs in a four year period."

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Frank and Maria were excellent to work with. We had a refrigerator issue on a Sunday morning and they responded immediately and came to our house to fix our appliance issue. Frank was extremely professional and knew immediately what issues we were having with our refrigerator. He also made the repairs quickly as well as fixed other defects he observed . The service charge and repair costs were very reasonable and it saved my family from having to buy a new appliance that could have cost us thousands. Roland provided an informed and honest assessment of what needed to be done to make our kitchen cabinet doors function properly - no more, no less.  Rather than replace all the hinges as I thought might be required, he replaced only one set and repaired or adjusted all the others so that all the doors are now stable and open and close as they should..  As this minimized the cost of the job, I greatly appreciated his professional integrity.  When it came to payment for his services, he even took $25 off his stated estimate because of a small, hardly noticeable, flaw in one of the repairs. 

As for the outdoor light fixture mounted above the garage door, he located one that blended nicely with the style of our home.  Further, the new fixture features easier access to the bulb when it needs replacement than the one that was original to the house, a problem that led to the globe being broken. 

Roland is pleasant to deal with and clearly knows his trade.  I will contact him again without hesitation if and when other issues arise.
