"We had a short amount of time to replace the roof on our house. Glen came the next day after we called. He had a worker go up on the roof and measure. He was able to give us samples and a quote within 20 minutes. The next day, we called Glen and told him to proceed with roof replacement. We had to give a 50% deposit for materials and scheduled the work to start a couple of weeks later. The crew of about 10 men arrived on that day and immediately began stripping the roof. They did find a couple of rotted boards that they replaced. They also installed a ridge vent. The crew were excellent and polite. Even though the temperature was in the 90's and high humidity, they were able to get most of the job done that day. Glen was there at the beginning of the process and stopped by a few times during the day and at the end. They did come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish the odd corners we have.
