"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"Our Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator is 21 years old. A fan malfunctioned, leaving the refrigerator panel sizzling hot. Parts are no longer available, but CJS was able to find a fan for us. The cost for parts & service was more than fair and reasonable. He did mention that there might be another issue and to let him know in a day or two if the problem persisted. Within two days, Robert returned and diagnosed a faulty wire connected to the fan. After 21 years, wires can and do malfunction. He replaced the wire, which took about an hour, plus travel time, at no additional charge. I insisted on paying something for his time, but he refused. The level of service, honesty and integrity is worth noting. If only all the service people I called for various jobs around the house were as efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest â ¦"

"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand."

"Frank and Maria were excellent to work with. We had a refrigerator issue on a Sunday morning and they responded immediately and came to our house to fix our appliance issue. Frank was extremely professional and knew immediately what issues we were having with our refrigerator. He also made the repairs quickly as well as fixed other defects he observed . The service charge and repair costs were very reasonable and it saved my family from having to buy a new appliance that could have cost us thousands. I would recommend this business and will be using them for future repairs. Thank You for all your help Rhode Island Appliance!"

"Double wall oven had an intermittent issue for over two years. When it first started, another company's tech recommended replacing the control and power boards. I did that at a cost of over $600 in parts alone and the problem remained. We decided to live with it after spending that much, but it recently failed completely. Contacted Quick & Eazy Appliance Repair through HomeAdvisor and Josue called almost immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. He and JR came out and spent almost two hours diagnosing the problem. Turned out it a small internal fan wasn't working so they got a price and delivery for it and gave me a quote to replace it on the spot. The only part I wasn't completely comfortable with was having to pay for the entire repair - not just the part - up front before they would order the part. Turned out fine, but not what I've had to do with other service people. Anyway, the part came in sooner that expected and they came out two days later to put it in. Problem solved. After two years of frustration, I wish I had called Josue in the first place. I was an engineering manager and my team had to troubleshoot problems all over the world. I found that someone who can find the difficult problem is very rare and give Josue a lot of credit for his skill in finding this one."

"I have worked with Roland for several years. He is a homeowner's or renter's touchstone when it comes to trustworthiness and integrity. Sadly, he can't do it all, so I have to turn to contractors I don't know and then, (yes even those with high paid ratings on Angie's List) I get lousy results and outrageous prices. So, sometimes, when I'm feeling defeated, I just come to Angie to look at the New England House Doctor's reviews to remember that there are good and decent people out there. So, thanks, Roland! And, Roland - remember - you need to remove the mattress and boxspring and paint the porch (already paid you!)"

"I am very pleased with Mr. L'Heroux's services. I called him after some water damage appeared in the roof, being under pressure due to another storm coming. He came over that day, examined the roof, and took corrective action.
When I had an another water issue later on after a nasty snow/ice/rain storm, he came over free of charge to examine the roof again. I believe this may have been due to an ice dam and faulty roof contruction, which has nothing to do with this contractor. I have not seen any leaks since.
