"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"Robert was very professional and friendly. He squeezed me in the day I called and was able to fix my refrigerator when he arrived. I had gotten other quotes and the price was far higher than his by around $100 IF I needed the part I thought I needed. But Robert was able to save me the cost of the part by patching the gasket and sealing it. I was thrilled at that as the gasket was quoted at $173 which is insane. All in all the repair cost was nominal and I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand."

"From start to finish, Rhode Island Appliance was a joy to work with. Maria set up the appointments, and Frank did all the hard work. He helped us pick out our new washer dryer and installed it for us; that makes it sound like an easy job, but it was NOT. The cords in the back of the appliances gave us an issue, but he worked endlessly to make sure that our new pieces fit seamlessly into our laundry closet. The install should have taken way less time than he actually spent doing it, but he would not give up and spent extra hours of his time to make sure the job was done perfectly. Furthermore, he gave us great advice about other appliances for our house. Frank is a true consummate professional, and was pleasant and kind to work with despite all the setbacks. I am happy to give my business to this company and will, most certainly, call them again if I am in need of an appliance, or if I need help, advice, or repair. "Double wall oven had an intermittent issue for over two years. When it first started, another company's tech recommended replacing the control and power boards. I did that at a cost of over $600 in parts alone and the problem remained. We decided to live with it after spending that much, but it recently failed completely. Contacted Quick & Eazy Appliance Repair through HomeAdvisor and Josue called almost immediately to set up an appointment for the next day. He and JR came out and spent almost two hours diagnosing the problem. Turned out it a small internal fan wasn't working so they got a price and delivery for it and gave me a quote to replace it on the spot. The only part I wasn't completely comfortable with was having to pay for the entire repair - not just the part - up front before they would order the part. Turned out fine, but not what I've had to do with other service people. Anyway, the part came in sooner that expected and they came out two days later to put it in. Problem solved. After two years of frustration, I wish I had called Josue in the first place. I was an engineering manager and my team had to troubleshoot problems all over the world. I found that someone who can find the difficult problem is very rare and give Josue a lot of credit for his skill in finding this one."

"Roland was great to work with. He was responsive to my request for a quote and came to our home for thorough review of the job. He gave a very fair price and was able to fit the repair in to his schedule very quickly. He did a great job and went beyond the original scope of the work to ensure our door/frame looked great. I would recommend Roland to anyone. Would definitely use again."

"I had responded to an Angies list promo in which the Company , for $149 , would do a supposedly $300 roof inspection and do minor repairs. I called up the owner who wasn't aware of the promo at all and got a little upset. I had already paid the money through PayPal on November 1. He said he would get back to me. His partner called a couple of days later and did arrange to do the work.
He came on the appointed day and did an inspection and replaced, some roof shingles. I was happy with the experience .
He indicated that the flashing around the chimney and vents needed repair because they were not put in properly when the house was built. I plan on using them to do those repairs also.
I would recommend them to other individuals."
