The repairs were done and the area throughly inspected both inside and outside the house to assure I would not have to worry about the same issues in the future. Before continuing with the remodel Stephen made sure I was satisfied with all the repairs that had been done, I was. All the work was beautifully done, and was completed as planned and on time. The price quoted was very reasonable and was as stated. My new shower is beautiful and certainly an investment in my home's value. We were exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and the honesty of the person representing Sears. When we initially called him, he made an appointment for a free inspection.  He arrived at the appointed time. When he inspected our 2 garage doors, which were both off track, he said that the track systems could be replaced, without having to replace the doors. The doors are still in good shape. We had been told by one other company that the doors and tracks all needed to be replaced and their estimate was around $2600.
We made the appointment for him to replace the tracks. He arrived as scheduled and had the tracks replaced within a couple of hours.  The cost was $500, the same as the estimate he gave us.
We would definitely use this service again.

"Brett, Roy, and Joe were the easiest contractors to work with I have ever hired. Our project was slated for approximately two weeks and within the project there were a few unforeseen adjustments that pushed back the completion date to two weeks and two days. During the days they were here if I ever had a question or concern about anything they always addressed it with confidence and never once did I feel that they were tired, or fed up with my questions or concerns. This was hard work and the guys worked hard. Our old tub/shower, vanity, commode, and vinyl floors were removed and replaced with all new shower pan, shower tile walls, niches, commode, vanity, crown and baseboard trim, vanity faucet with reworked plumbing/draining, shower fixtures/plumbing/draining, and tile floor. The laundry room design moved the plumbing, drain, and dryer vent across the other side of the room and the guys knocked that out with ease. New tile floor, new washer and dryer Installed, and baseboard trim in the laundry room as well. We have a couple more bathrooms to remodel and I know who I'm contacting again. We had 4 different contractors/companies give us quotes and All Pro Builders was middle of the road on price + the reviews on here were good, and meeting Brett in person made us feel comfortable in hiring. We took it upon ourselves to buy all of the material and Brett gave the labor quote. Grand total for both rooms material and labor approximately $12000. The original scope of work quote was $4600. Additional charges as the scope of work changed...$200 glass shower door install, $75 for rework of bathroom plumbing/drain inset to wall because of the type of vanity we bought, $600 for the reworked plumbing/drain, electrical for washer and dryer moved to a different side of the room. And additional plumbing fittings, forms, framing, etc. at $122. This brought our total labor charge to just under $5600. Job well done by All Pro Builders!!! We will hire them again for sure."

We give estimates that are reasonable and truthful. Once we start a job we don't stop until its perfect to the clients liking. We involve the client in everything we do before we move on to the next task to make sure they are pleased with it. Dearing the job we make sure that our stations are clean and we don't leave tools laying around we will use one spot for our tools and when we are done using them they go to that spot, the spot that we will us has to be out of reach of child. Safety is first to us not only for our workers for the family we are working for. Your home will be took care of with love and care because we want to make sure your happy with your dream home.

"I have my dream kitchen, thanks to Mr. Fix It/Bath Masters. We had an atypical plan, using Ikea cabinets according to a plan we designed. Although this was Mr. Fix Its first Ikea installation, they were great sports and were meticulous in getting it right. We put together the cabinets to save money and time, but they installed them. I work from home, so I was nervous to see how a remodel was going to work while I was on conference calls and emails the entire day, but they were nothing but professional and surprisingly not that noisy. They cleaned up at the end of every day, with the exception of their drywaller, which they warned me about as being messy. Once the finish product was ready to enjoy, I've loved it every day since!
We encountered some challenges, as you will with any down-to-the-studs remodel for the bath and kitchen, but they did a great job at addressing what needed to happen. For example, we have an old house, and when the tile was installed in the shower, I wasn't pleased with some of the workmanship - some of it was caused by uneven walls and some that was because the tile people messed up in the details. With the part that he could control, Darrell made sure to get it fixed and very quickly.
The one complaint I have with Darrell was the lack of notice and communication on when he needed the payment installments. I suggest you ask for 3 days notice before a request for payment.
