"This was our first Aqua Clear System ! The installation was done by Brian Christian & Dustin !! Both men were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly ! (sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . Based on our previous experience we contacted Darrell again for the remodeling of the master bathroom. They offered excellent ideas as to improvements, and did an excellent job. They replaced the vanity top with granite, installed new cabinets, removed the old tub & shower, and installed a new complete walk in shower, replaced window, and installed new tiled floor. Started on date as promised, took longer than expected, but did have people here everyday, but took longer for custom glass shower enclosure than expected. "Jimmy did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was not something our family anticipated was going bad and he managed to fit my family into his schedule that same day. He communicated with me every single step of the way with each task that needed to be preformed and kept me updated with the progress good or bad. Good news, he could fix the problem, bad news we were going to have to replace the entire pump. I was sent detailed pictures of the problem, along with the explanation of why this wasn’t just a simple repair and long term vs short term solutions. When the replacement was finished, he cleaned up the entire mess and sent pictures/videos of the working pump. Works great and we haven’t had any issues since. We will definitely be using Hometown plumbing again."
