"I would never consider anyone else than Area Radon Services. I checked with several companies before starting this project and Damon was far and away the most professional. He came out to look at my situation prior to giving me a quote (the other two did not). He arrived on time the day of the job with a well thought out game plan and went straight to work. His team did a great job minimizing the impact on our lives which was greatly appreciated. They finished the job in one day. Our levels averaged 7.5 pCi/l before mitigation. After mitigation, the level was 3.7pCi/l which is below the EPA threshold. However, this wasn't good enough for Damon and after reviewing the results he thought he could lower it further. He returned the next day and with no additional cost to us, installed the second penetration into the slab. This kind of conscientious customer service is sadly disappearing from the business landscape but is still alive at Area Radon Services. I give them my highest recommendation."

"Cole came out and trouble shot why my present radon system was not working. The first installer had drilled through my footing instead of my slab. He did not glue the joints and used poor quality materials and craftsmanship. Cole ripped out all the old system and installed quality materials and did a fantastic job making it look good. "Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"Installation went smoothly - they arrived on time, took as long (~half a day) as estimated, and did a great job both technically and aesthetically (aside from the PVC pipe on the side of the house, which isn't really their fault). Our radon levels in the basement dropped from well above the recommended limit to basically background numbers. I give them a 'B' on price because their estimate was 50% more than the second estimate we got. We asked, and they matched the lower number without complaint.
