"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. "Michiana Window World is extremely professional in every respect. <br /> I requested bids to replace my windows from three different contractors - two recommended by local people, and one from Anties List (Michiana Window World). Of the two locally recommended, one ignored me with promises to call back, but not doing so; a second came out (with sidearm), measured windows, but never returned with a quote.  The Window World rep came out with paperwork, measuring tools, and an example window. We saw the product and knew the estimated cost before he left. <br /> We paid 50% up front and scheduled an appointment. Window World later followed-up with us to be sure the date would still work. <br /> When they arrived on the scheduled date, the crew started at 10 AM and had completed their work by 3 PM. There was virtually no evidence that they had even been there. All debris and materials were cleaned up and taken away.  <br /> We have white aluminum siding on our house. Their white vinyl frames and trim worked very nicely.  <br /> The windows have a life-time guarantee and currently we are able to recover about $70/window as an energy savings rebate from the gas company. This was pointed out by the Window World Rep. <br /> Seriously - this company is a MUST when you are requesting a bid on your windows.  <br />"

"I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! Thank you for making this project happen so successfully in such a short time and doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate your work ethic! "My overall experience was great with Pro Finish was great.  I was looking for a good contractor around town that I could trust to do a proper window installation.  To me installation is everything when it comes to windows.  I found Pro Finish's website and loved the quality of work they did with sunroom installations.  Sent them a message through their website.  The owner got back to me a short time later.  Setup an appointment to get an estimate on windows.  I also needed to have an old powered roof vent removed and replaced with some quality roof turbine vents. <br>Everything sounded good and the price was right.  His window guy came out shortly after and measured for the windows.  Very soon after had his roofing crew out to install the vents and remove the old powered vent. <br>Windows came in a little less than 4 weeks later and had a great installer come out and do the work.  My house has 6 windows and he had the job done in a day by himself.  Did a great job. <br>It's been almost a year now and couldn't be happier with the windows.  One window was making a whistling sound during high wind.  Took some time, but I found an open screw hole in the frame.  Temporarily slapped a piece of tape over the hole and the whistle stopped.  I'll go back and spray some foam in later.  Not a major problem, and I'm sure Pro Finished would have resolved it quickly if I called. <br>Will definitely use them again in the future. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Eric Harvey was one of several contractors we interviewed for hail repairs to our two story home.   If there was a problem, like the ridge vent on the porch roof  that wasn't installed, he had called his crew immediately.  He was hear within an hour to confirm it was fixed.  Even when one of the shingles blew off while installing and scratched my car, he offered to have it repaired.  I chose not to because it's a 13 year old car and the last thing I'm worried about was the paint.  Great guy.  He was not the cheapest, but he also did not try to nickle and dime my insurance company for every little bit of damage.  One contractor wanted to completely replace my fence when I could only see a couple of minor "dents" in the wooden slats.  They're supposed to look rustic, that was part of the HOA!  He's not perfect, but did explain any reason he was late or the work was delayed, all to my great satisfaction.  He also took the time to explain to us how to file for reimbursement of any owner repairs we did and gave us an example copy to work with!  He has finished the roof and the valleys and vents look like perfect installations.  The gutters went up in a day and were a perfect match to the exterior color.  The siding is still in progress.  It looks like some of the severe weather this year has cleaned out the siding warehouses.   <br /> <br />"
