"Bk came out to look at the exhaust fan for the stove, worked on it, found the problem, let me know the cost of labor and the parts. He stayed in communication with me as the parts were being ordered and then when i had a problem with my dryer, as they came to fix they exhaust fan, they also took a look at the dryer. We hired them to fix this and clean it out and now it works better than before. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher clean/unclogged and the washer. We will definitely keep them in mind if we need help on anything else."

"they installed a new burner on my LG range which latest 3 days. It took several phone calls to report the failure. When you finally have a person on the line, they don't offer any support. After repeated phone calls, they finally agreed to send tech. They don't show up as scheduled, it takes more phone calls to get a new schedule. When the tech came, he turned the burner on and it lid up. He thought he was finished but I made him wait. As soon as the burner cooled off it wouldn't start again, he had absolutely no interest checking to locate the failure. Again, several phone calls to reach someone. After paying $558 for a non- working burner, they assumed (over the phone) it must now be the control board that needs to be replaced when originally, they found it in perfect condition and that was the reason they ordered a new burner. What would be the next (assumed) item they want me to pay for? This company has the worst customer service. Will never use them again and never recommend "

"I called last week to schedule a time to have someone come in and install a chandelier. Also discussed troubleshooting a switch for a bedroom ceiling fan. They recommended I have a new switch in hand before they came out. The day of I got a courtesy call when they were on their way. Nick arrived right on time. I showed him both issues. He was friendly and professional. He wore an N95 mask for protection the whole time so it felt very safe. He replaced the switch and receiver for the fan and it’s working as expected. He installed the chandelier, and checked the height before finishing up. He cleaned everything up well. Total cost was $275 for both tasks. I highly recommend them. I have used them before and will use them again."
