"Wow - punctual, courteous, professional, honest, and couldn't have asked for more.  First of all, a quick comment:  Most of the "A" rated services would not accept my business because I have pellet stove inserts.  I assume this is simply because the stove has to be pulled out and disconnected.  Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Service Inc. accepted immediately, and was very prompt and professional throughout. 
   Our rep showed up exactly on time, and explained everything that was to be done.  He was very careful while moving items around to gain access to the pellet stove, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  He was very pleasant to work with.
    Special note:  I was a bit worried, as I have never employed a chimney sweep before, and a neighbor said that she needed to have a lot of work done.  Since it's a bit like taking your car into the shop (your flux capacitor is shot), the average Joe doesn't really know what's really needed in the dark recesses of our chimneys.  I was both relieved and very impressed with his explanation that my chimney was in fact in "very good" shape, no special or significant repairs were needed, and it was not very dirty at all (pellets produce low ash, he explained).  The crown is a bit worn re the masonry, and he showed my a picture and explained what a new crown would do to prevent rain water from seeping into the bricks.  I never felt any pressure, and everything was explained thoroughly.
All in all, outstanding service from a company I trust, and I will definitely be a return customer.  Joe (the average Joe I mentioned earlier)!

"Gerardo and his entire crew were extrememly professional, and did a great job from start to finish.  Their preparation work that included eliminating nail pops, spackling, sanding, caulking was top notch.   Their attention to detail was extremely impressive, and the painters were true artists with a brush on all the trim work where high gloss white paint was used as they didn't even need to tape the areas. 
In all they did a really great job, and I was very impressed, and would use them again in a minute.
For full disclosure, let me just state that Gerardo is extremely busy so he's not the quickest to get back to you with a quote, and sometimes in the morning the crew was running late.  Also, the job ran longer than expected (but with no increase in price) as he had originally estimated 3 full days, and it took just about double that amount of time, but again they did an amazing job with preparation, and I could totally see why it took the extra time.

"Tommy Harper was a referral from our neighbor- he did their deck, fence, and patio last year. During the estimate, He came and gave us many creative design ideas to help formulate our deck, then quoted us the best price for more options than "the other guys". He was prompt and went out of his way to prevent issues from our sensitive HOA and even installed a door which is not in their usual project offering. He also handled the county permitting which was a big timesaver for us.
His crew was friendly and very professional. They had great attitudes and were very knowledgable in their trade.
Throughout the process, he did quality checks and didnt hesitate to change course if we pointed something out or asked questions. Although he doesnt have the technology for inital computer generated drawings for decks, etc as the other guys did, but he is planning on getting that soon.
