"The team from Prospect Hardware Flooring did an excellent job. From the timely response to our request for a quote, the measuring and getting a quote before Mike left, the time from agreeing to the job to getting started, to the quality install and cleanup, the Prospect Hardwood Flooring team was professional and did excellent work. Mike answered all our questions throughout the process demonstrating subject matter expertise that we greatly appreciated. The install team was responsive to our needs and were fast but paid great attention to detail leading to a quality install. We had 4 bedrooms, 4 closets, a hallway and stairs done. We are extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring."

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring has refinished all of the hardwood floors in our home. They recently installed hardwood in our kitchen, connected it seamlessly to our hall and my office. AMAZING job. Chris and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional. The customer service provided by both Jodi and Mike is stellar. It is an outstanding company!"

"Excellent experience with Jason and his crew, specially Puugee. They were very professional but n all aspects and quality of work, they replaced the hardwood in the whole main level with porcelain tiles and radiant heating system underneath. Jason also replaced all the balusters and refinished the stairs, excellent quality as well! Pricing is reasonable, l highly recommend them and they will be my first contact for any flooring project."

"The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."

"massod and his team of installers were fabulous! His team has been with him for 18 years and the quality and professional install was obvious. D&S has also installed my hardwood floors and I love them. I highly recommend D & S for all your flooring needs. Dena"

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

I called for clarification, he answered and said "it's in the second line"  I asked once more because I didn't understand what I read and he just kept saying " you read the second line"  That made me feel stupid so I said " OK  thank you".
The punctuality and work was good but the communication was the worst Iv'e seen in a long time.
The reason I said no to using him again is because of this review.  After saying anything negative again I wouldn't want  him back in my house.
I am a contractor on Angie's List too and if someone ask me about a small basic job I quote it verbally or send a personalized quote if needed.  That is just crazy to send me a blanket letter of prices and when I called to ask about it he just kept saying  "look at the email...   look at the email"
