It was full of holes from electrical work and it hadn't been painted in 38 years. it also had many nail holes and screw holes in the drywall from wear and tear over the years. Craftmasters Services provided 16 man hours of drywall repair with painting to make the garage look like new. Mario and Jim, the two men who worked the project, were professional and competent. They worked hard consistently throughout the project and even tore out work that didn't look perfect after the first of two coats of paint. I took pictures of the result. I wish I had taken pictures before they had started so that you could see the difference. I tried to attach them to this review, but I don't think it worked. In any case, I would recommend this firm and Mario and Jim to anyone needing drywall repair and painting."

"We had an excellent experience with Home Design Center and Flooring. From the beginning, the owner of the company, Mr. Nafi Saafi, dealt with us personally, was happy to travel to our home repeatedly as needed, and, most important of all, listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to lead us into agreeing to something beyond what we wanted. 
We found the fee for the services was within our expected price range, and at no point did HDC&F try to talk us into additional services beyond what had been agreed to or what we had asked for, as have other contractors we have dealt with in the past. HDC&F's staff were friendly, respectful of our home, punctual, efficient, and did an excellent job. We're very pleased with the quality of the work, all of which was completed in a timely manner; I think everything took about two weeks, beginning to end.
One additional thing that we especially appreciated was that the day HDC&F staff arrived to begin the work, they discovered that the previous company that had done the mold remediation in our basement had removed the wood stud framework that had covered the cinder blocks in the foundation of the house and to which the dry wall would be anchored. My wife and I had not been paying close attention to that as the mold removal work went on, and HDC&F was unaware that the new wood work would be needed. But HDC&F didn't miss a beat in adapting to the unexpected extra work, and the same day their workers brought in new wood and installed the new wood stud framework throughout the basement. We were charged extra for the wood and labor, of course, but the cost remained within our price range. 
The day we visited NDC&F's show room before the work began to pick the style of floor tiling, paint, and carpeting we would have installed, we were shown every courtesy, including being offered refreshments, a pleasant extra touch.
The only category on the above rating scale for which I graded HDC&F below an excellent (I gave them a good on responsiveness) was for only a minor point, which is that they did not always communicate to us when their staff would be returning to our house to continue the work after one stage, such as painting the walls, had been completed. It was never a big deal and, as noted above, all work was completed in a timely manner; we never had to track down HDC&F to complete the job, as we have had to do with other contractors in the past. But keeping us consistently informed day to day of when the work would resume was the only area in which we felt we would have liked more responsiveness.
It was a pleasure working with HDC&F, and we will absolutely give them our business again. We'll have our kitchen redone sometime in the next few years, and we'll return to HDC&F for that job. On the basis of our experience, I would gladly recommend HDC&F to others.

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. "As you can see from the list above, the property was in poor condition when acquired.  It was actually much worse than the inspections revealed, as much of the damage could only be determined once the work had begun.  For example, there were many parts where the siding was covering holes (i.e. no plywood or tyvek behind it); the roof damage was far more extensive than could be seen; many walls in the additions to the house were not properly framed; the sub-floor on one addition was rotted, and the joists were under-size; the beam supporting the garage apartment was under-size.
Although the house looked nice/had many nice features, it became evident that the work (additions and remodeling of the original house) had not been done by skilled or knowledgeable professionals, and had further deteriorated due to neglect and the weather.
We closed on the property in mid-December and had a very tight schedule to meet for moving in.
Mike Puckett and crew worked *through the Holidays* to ensure we met our schedule.  Throughout the process, he kept us well informed.  Whenever a new "surprise" came up (like the rotted subfloor) he made sure that we were aware of all our options.  I know enough about construction to understand that the cost quoted and options given were very honest.  I felt we received professional advice and first-rate work.  No up-sell/hard-sell/phony "problems" with Mike
