"Our experience with Exteriors Plus was wonderful from start to finish. Amanda was excellent at communicating the installation process and quickly got us scheduled for an estimate and installation. Cory performed our inspection for the our estimate. He was accommodating with our schedule and arrived on time. The inspection was thorough and he addressed concerns that we had with particular areas of our roof. Cory showed us all of our options and explained them all in a way that was easy to understand. The team that installed the roof arrived at the time they were scheduled. We were very impressed with how quickly they worked while still providing high quality results. During the installation, Cory stopped by to check on the status of the roof and assess the work being done which was very impressive to us. A majority of the roof installation only took one day with our roof size and there was no mess left behind which was greatly appreciated with having small children and dogs. Our gutters were installed the following day and the process was also quick and painless with no mess. "I worked with them before and was very pleased with them then. The owner is very good. He is very fair and good about getting back with you and showing up on time. The guys that came to do the work were unbelievable. They were patient and were perfectionists. They did a wonderful job. They came back on their own time because there were some complications. Something needed to be taken back, but there were no hassles. The guys came back at night and worked an additional 3 hours and then came back this morning to finish up the work when they were technically off the clock. They were very pleasant about it and did a wonderful job. They were good about cleaning up after themselves and calling to let us know they were coming or giving us any information. I would have no problem working with them again and would recommend them. If there are any problems, the owner is good about fixing them."

"Outstanding, professional crew. Previously did a 5-star basement finishing renovation for us which we reviewed on Angi in March 2021. This time we had wallpaper removal and interior painting done, all excellent. Jim did a kitchen gas stove and fridge repair for us. He repaired and replaced two lights and a room fan for us. Laundry room and second bathroom flooring was replaced and updated. Replaced a gutter downspout. Built two patio access stairs which was a big improvement. Did an outstanding job getting our house ready to show for sale. Well above & beyond all our expectations. Jim & his crew are timely, very reliable, thorough and completely professional."

"Here's the good, the bad and the ugly. Bob spent a lot of time answering my questions and was very thorough on the initial consultation. Pricing was comprable to three other estimates I received during that time but wasn't the lowest. Here's the good: We decided to go with a pre-selected shingle that wasn't in stock with Bob's suppliers but he did find a local supplier that had just enough on hand at the last minute. He passed along only the small upcharge for the more expensive shingle. Installation quality seems descent. Shingle overhang is nice and even and visually looks very neat. Bob said he would give us extra winterguard rapping on the back edge of roof for no extra cost due to the amount of soffit overhang. I was especially impressed when his team supervisor actually fixed a problem caused by the previous roofer repair and did not charge me for it. The bad: 1. After a long wait time to begin work I seem to keep getting longer, there was another two-week start delayed due to the supervisor having problems with his truck. During this time the weather turning cold and icy. 2. I asked Bob if he would supervise the job but he said he is not on the job sites but that I can trust his team supervisor who has been with him for over 20 years. So I did. When I came home from work one day the waste dumpster was parked right in front of my garage doors. Someone assumed that I would not need to get in and out of the garage. That was a very bad assumption because my wife is a fall risk and needs to park inside the garage. This was in December and the driveway was becoming icy. The dumpster was moved promptly to the proper spot but no one contacted me to ask me where I wanted it located in the first place. 3. During installation Bob and I walked around to look at the progress and I noticed the roof paper was torn on a corner of the garage. He said his team would make it right before shingling over it. The Ugly. On the final walk-through Bob told me that a deck railing post cap was damaged from his team's work. This was not a big deal and the post cap was only $10. But he did not have the damaged cap nor was it found anywhere. I think his team threw it away. More likely this was a diversion for much more damaged railing that I did not find until the spring because the snow was falling during the final walk through. See the attached pictures. There are scratches, scuff marks, and tar marks on three six foot spans of railing that were not there before. My neck is relatively new. The scratches and scuff marks on the railing match the angle at which they threw off old pieces of shingle that hit the railing. I sent the pictures to Bob along with the itemized replacement cost of all the railing pieces. Total was $174. This was the first week in April when the snow and ice was finally all gone and I was out on the deck and noticed it. To date Bob has not responded. Just be aware of what you're getting into with this contractor and if you're willing to risk the bad and the ugly for the good. I will not recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations to any of my friends or relatives. That's a big price to pay for $174."

"Alan and his company are consummate professionals - highly skilled, creative, dedicated, hard working, friendly and honest. They are a terrific choice for anyone considering remodeling or repairs. What I thought was a leak in the shower drain damaging the downstairs ceiling was discovered through Alan's thorough inspection to be the result of an exterior chimney issue leading to rainwater damaging the interior structures. Alan explained the problems, offered options and suggestions, and completed the full repair and remodel true to his estimate and promised completion time. This included repairing the 2 1/2 story chimney , all hidden damages, framing, drywall, subfloor and flooring, plumbing and electrical, ceiling repairs and painting, and installation of new shower, toilet, and vanity. A.M.L.S. accomplished this with skill and attention to detail while maintaining and leaving a clean and organized work site , providing great communication, and being truly considerate of the homeowners daily schedule."

"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. Jaime is someone who is knowledgeable, honest and sharing. He quickly answered questions we might have had about the projects and anything else that might be on our minds regarding our home. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and when we need his services againwe will absolutely call him."
