"Secure Bathing has a terrific crew that come out to do the work. They answered any of our questions and kept right on with the work. The company that says they can install in one day is well....then you are not getting a professional job done. I photo documented the work as it progressed (two days) and the work was done just as Marc Frey said it would. Beautiful shower!!!!! I would give this company 10 STARS not just 5. My bathroom was cleaner when they left than it was when I cleaned before they came. I guess you can tell, I recommend this company to everyone."

"Dover completely remodeled our master bathroom. New tile, fixtures, and light in shower. New custom vanity with a cabinet on the counter to hide the cords from devices like hair dryers and beard trimmers. New tile floor. Moved the existing door opening slightly and installed a barn door, New light fixture and fan. New drywall, new subfloor, and replaced some uneven framing in the ceiling. It looks great and we are very happy with the way it turned out."

"The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim. Thankfully, when I described the problem in a detailed review to the company the home office responded immediately and arranged for a complete redo to have the correct size shower installed. I am very pleased with the final result. The customer service of the Cleveland sales manager was completely unsatisfactory. If you are going to work with the Cleveland office I highly recommend that you have them show you exactly what size your new shower will be BEFORE you sign the contract. If you want to be extra careful, have them print out the full contract and go over each of the measurements with you to make sure your new shower is what you want. Unbeknownst to me, the Cleveland office was having staffing issues during the time of my first installation. Hopefully these problems will be resolved soon."

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."
