"I had purchased a new HVAC for installation in my home. There were challenges to getting the cooling unit to function as well as running new wire. The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. Their attention to detail, customer service and nimble pricing made us feel more like family and not just a customer. Did I mention we have two German Shepherds? They are creatures of comfort. "Stonewyn rebuilt our exterior stairwell concrete block retaining wall that was bulging in, cracked, and with drainage/moisture issues. This included demolition, rebuilding with new concrete blocks, installation of drainage system including pipes and gravel, and clean up. Their work exceeded expectations. The owner and crew were lighting quick in starting and completing the work, extremely knowleadgeable, professional, and friendly treating us like family. They kept us informed of progress on the project, and explained each phase. All work complied with city code requirements. Pricing was fair andreasonable. Highly recommend."

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. This was for a 100 amp circuit for a high powered charger for my Tesla electric car. Jason is great, dependable and trustworthy. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
