Hanh from the Mass Pro Solutions is the most professional, responsive and approachable expert in our journey hunting for a good team for our mold remediation project. He showed up on the same day we reached out, fully investigated the impacted area, shared knowledgeable and honest comments with us, answered all the questions we have and gave us the quote on the same day after his visit. We were very impressed by all these and hired his team to conduct the work. On the day of the service, his team showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, and took many photos to show us their findings within the project (it turned out we have mushrooms grow in the ceiling!). On the end, all mold damaged ceilings and the mushrooms were well removed and our ceiling was well disinfected.
