"booked them in december 2021 and they did the job in early january 2022. I was replacing the old pink insulation with the blown in cellulose. I could not believe they could remove the old batting and finish the job in a few hours. 2 men did it in a little over 2 hours. A 3rd man came as they were finishing and vacuumed up all the loose stuff. They bagged all the old insulation in 20 bags and brought them to the side of the house. Sanitation just took the last of the bags, I know the insulation is working because the upstairs does not have that chill in the air in the middle of the night when my thermostat is at 66 and the temp upstairs is 73. They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed. "It went well. Was $1,750 for taking out the insulation and putting the blown-in cellulose insulation in. They were quick and it only took them about 2 hours. The workers didn't know that the present insulation was to be taken out. It wasn't on the contract, but the salesperson should have communicated that to the workers. Once I explained that that is what the salesperson said would happen, they were OK with doing it. The company owner did not show up on the day of the project. Other than those 2 things, I think they did a good job."
