They did extensive exterior scraping of our 3-story building, spot treated, and waterproof painted it. He walked us through the process as far as dealing with the city. "AZZ Construction Services did an excellent job on our commercial sidewalk project. We had existing sidewalk violations that needed to be corrected properly, and their team handled the work professionally from start to finish. They took care of the required permit/legalization process, completed the concrete work to code, coordinated the inspection, and the project passed inspection successfully. The sidewalk violations were cleared after the work was completed. Communication was good, the crew was organized, and they explained the process clearly throughout the job. I would definitely recommend them for commercial concrete, sidewalk violation removal, permit-related work, and similar construction projects."
