We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."

"Excellent experience. I called Dr. Pavers and left a message. Roberto called back within the hour and we set an appointment for the next day. He provided a written job estimate that was significantly less than another mason. We agreed to proceed and his team started the job a few days later. The team was lead by Ben working with Marino. The job entailed removing selected flagstone steps, providing a new concrete base, resetting the stones, and grouting the entire flagstone area. Ben made suggestions for improvement and issues were found along the way that were easily resolved. They project took two days and looks terrific. Roberto frequently checked on progress and Ben is meticulous with the work being performed. All three were easy to work with. I am very picky about contractors and work performed so it's a pleasure a company you would hire again. Great job!"

"we had a large stone driveway that we wanted to pave as well as border with Belgium block. During our review with ADR (Reis) we discussed removing a stump, installing a trench drain and removing some ledge to complete the paving as we wanted, ADR quoted all of that additional work with the proposal and we decided to go forward with them. They performed the work as quoted, they come with the right equipment, and they performed quality work. There are a few items that we are working through but for the most part we are happy and they are responsive on addressing them. I would use ADR again."

"It went well.  The installers were all professional, polite and experienced.  Glenn (who took over the plant placement after John retired) was easy to work with and experienced.  The plants look great and, if they are like the plants Bellantoni planted last year for me, the plants will be healthy and happy next year and for years to come.   <br /> There were two slight disappointments.  When their supplier didn't have some plants, they just left it at that and said wait until next year.  I went to the nearby nurseries and picked up some of the missing plants and put them in myself. Also, it would have been better if they had offered to provide me with the plant labels so I would know the varieties they planted.  Each of these plants has lots of varieties and knowing what one has allows one to match later or try something with differing characteristics later. <br />"

"Job was performed in three days. They had to reschedule quite a few times due to a few weeks of rainfall an jobs getting delayed or pushed back, but they were able to communicate with us throughout the rescheduling."

"Our 1925 corner lot building needed immediate repairs. The metal cornice and it’s existing paint was flaking away and few cracks and dings. Innovation team came and scraped away all loose paints. They have also used bondo for all holes and cracks on the cornice. The primer was applied and then final coat took place. The color and their final finish was amazing! Thanks Innovation."

"Fixaroof removed all my shingles and flatroof material down to the rafters because I had wooden shake shingles. They installed new plywood, new gaf shingles, weather watch, cobra ridge vents and what sold me on this job, gaf hip and ridge. There contract clearly stated that they would install the gaf hip and ridge. No one else's contract stated that after the roof removal they would be installing these or any hips for that matter. They did an absolute great job, my roof looks beautiful. I was so happy that I chose fixaroof to do my roof removal or roof rip as they called it, as to my previous run ins with roofers in the past was a nightmare, but James made it so pleasurable that I was shocked that there are still great roofing mechanics out there! "It went extremely well. Tim came over and made a full and careful evaluation of what needed to be done. He then sent me the estimate. About a month later I called to schedule work. The crew was fantastic! From the begining I was worried about having work done that takes more than a day because I knew that contractors can be unreliable. But I was assured by Tim that he puts one crew on one job at a time. Sure enough they showed up on the first day bright and early and ready to work . During one of the hottest summers on record, these guys patched a huge whole in my front retaining wall. They had to saw out a very stubborn and deeply rooted stump in order to do it but they did it. They then moved to the rear and the larger job of tearing down what remained of my retaining wall and proceeded to rebuild it stone by stone. They were diligent, professional and thorough. Since I had to use my yard to exercise my dog, they even tried to accommodate my schedule. They work was gorgeous and really excellent quality. Additionally, I have never experienced a construction crew of any kind, who cleaned up so well when they were done. Once the rear wall was complete, they moved on to patching my front steps. They really went the extra mile not simply "patching" but removing whole parts and partially rebuilding the stairs so the work would actually last. We are very grateful."
