"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."

"Ken was fantastic! He came to do an estimate in record time and was clear about everything he would take care of. I needed my whole house upgraded, repairs done, sockets upgraded, new sockets created, old ones removed, circuit breaker box repaired and upgraded, lighting installed, an old, over the stove microwave removed and a new over the stove exhaust fan installed. He also repaired my bathroom exhaust fan with a new motor. He worked for several days and was meticulous in his work. He was also careful about COVID issues and though he was vaccinated as I was, he still wore a mask the whole time he was here. Very respectful and responsive. A couple of unexpected challenges came up and he dealt with all of them perfectly. I couldn't have had a better experience. "The electricians did a pretty good job, were prompt and careful maneuvering the ladder they needed to bring into the unit. Carrie and Jeremy on the phone were very nice and communicated well. Giving 4 stars because the electricians had to come back twice because they got the wrong parts from their supplier and didn’t appear to know which part they needed. For $250/hr I’d expect an electrician to know the right transformer needed for a light and the right bulbs to use. So the actual job to diagnose and fix the issue with the right parts took an hour or less but with all the back and forth with the supplier it became much longer. I had to call the office after the invoice came through and we worked it out. Just wish the guys got it right the first time so the cost would have truly reflected the work."
